Karine has over 20 years of experience with startups, small business, non-profits and Fortune 500 financial services firms. A founder of several startups she has extensive experience in marketing and sales, product development, event marketing, PR, and education with financial advisors, realtors, CPAs and lawyers providing innovative ways to grow their business.

Karine obtained her MBA from New York University (NYU) and her undergraduate degree from the University of California at Berkeley (UC Berkeley). She helped NYC-based software firm siftsort.com get its largest investor and introductions to insurance and other financial firms. She also started up a kitchen and bath design business, KarineTheKitchenLady.com. Her latest venture, in collaboration with generous friends, neighbors and colleagues, is raising awareness and donations to support TheAFTD.org, which advocates for an estimated 50,000 to 60,000 people in the U.S. afflicted with deadly Frontotemporal Dementia1.

She loves cats and is grateful for the people who created the internet so the world can watch more cat videos. She also started writing stories about Cashmere, her cat and her travels through Canada, Connecticut, Cape Cod and California. Karine grows orchids and figured out automated, non-drip irrigation methods after killing too many plants to count.
